Privacy Policy:

Tonquani Lodge & Spa is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of our visitors and clients. We will never sell, trade or otherwise give away any information about our guests, except if required to do so by law. Personal details and email addresses received through completing our online booking form are filed away securely and only used byTonquani when making reservations, and communicating directly with our guests. All credit card and banking transactions are handled with utmost confidentiality using secure methods of communication.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

A deposit of 50% is payable within 5 days to secure the booking and the balance of accommodation is payable on arrival

Cancellation:
More than 42 days prior to arrival date - 50% refund of deposit paid.

Conditions:

1. A 50% deposit secures the reservation. Deposits are payable within 5 days and are non-refundable.
   The balance of accommodation is payable on arrival.
2. Arrival time is between 14h00 & 20h00. If arrival time is later, please let us know.
3. Departure time is 10h30.
4. Reception hours: 07h30 - 19h30.
5. Guests are liable for breakages/damages, etc, to be settled on presentation of our invoice.
6. Owners/managers will not be held liable for any loss or injury.
7. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
